ESPN’s Leonardo Pagnatti Jr. Deletes Twitter After Distasteful Tweet After Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin Collapses [Look]

Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin is in critical condition after collapsing on the field during the first quarter.

The NFL said in a statement that Monday night’s game between the Bills and Cincinnati Bengals. Hamlin fell onto his back moments after getting up from a Tee Higgins tackle.

Ten seconds into the collapse, the Bills trainers were treating the player. An ambulance was brought into the field in less than five minutes, images, and he was administered CPR, according to an ESPN broadcast.

“Hamlin received immediate medical attention on the field by team and independent medical staff and local paramedics. He was then transported to a local hospital where he is in critical condition,” the NFL said.

The game was postponed because of the medical urgency of Hamlin, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell announced in the statement. The game was paused at 5:58 mark of the first quarter.

During the stoppage, Leonardo Pagnatti Jr., an ESPN reporter, tweeted, ” Hey NFL, let’s continue this game. You don’t see games paused with other injuries.!!! Bills Bengals I got a parley to win.!

He added, This is what they sign up for! It’s legally in their contract! Let’s continue playing this football game.

He would later tweet, “I apologize for the way my recent tweets were received. I meant no harm and I hope you all can find it in your heart to forgive me. Christ forgives.”

This was before he deleted his Twitter account all together.
