Earlier this season NBA all-stars Anthony Davis and Dwyane Wade exchanged jerseys at middle court after the Heat and Pelicans faced each other in Miami. Wade and the Heat were able to beat Davis and Pelicans 106 -101 back on

Wade is currently in his 16th and final season in the NBA after announcing before the season started that this would be his last dance. Wade was drafted fifth overall in the 2003 draft by the Miami Heat, and since then he has cemented his name in basketball history.  Wade is a former three-time NBA Champion and Finals MVP with the Miami Heat. He is also considered to be one of the best shooting guards ever to play the game.

As for Anthony Davis, he is currently in his prime at the age of 25 and has already been named an all-star five times, all-NBA three-times, and all-defense three times.

Recently Davis addressed the media after shootaround in Dallas,  and one of the questions was “What the league will miss after Dwyane Wade retires at the end of the season?”

“His competitiveness nature, Hall of Famer for sure. Anytime you play Miami that’s who you think about…  A player who would go out there and compete. He would bring it all and bring out the best in your wing player and make it a fun game to play, Davis told me.
