WWE Superstar Weighs-In On Ronda Rousey’s Anticipated Return

Ronda Rousey has not competed in a WWE ring since WrestleMania 35. The former Raw Women’s Champion said earlier this year that she wanted to take some time away for an “impregnation vacation.” However, Rousey’s return to WWE programming could be “imminent,” per Brad Shepard of Pro Sports Extra.
ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne reported that Rousey planned to take an extended back from the ring to start a family. She would confirm this on her YouTube page and only plan to be part of the company for a couple of months before becoming a mother, but it turned in a year-long stay for the UFC Hall of Famer. Rousey also revealed that she suffered a hand injury at WrestleMania 35.
Ronda Rousey recent release a two-minute video entitled “Ronda Misses It” featuring her husband Travis Browne on her official YouTube pages, where she can be seen cutting a promo on a jar of jam in her fridge, pinning her husband Browne, dropping an elbow on a Hulk Hogan stuff doll. Another reason why Ronda might make a return sooner than later is due to Paul Heyman recently being appointed the Executive Director of Raw to help the rating of the show. Plus the two have worked together in the past.
In fact, Heyman spoke to Scott Fishman of TV Insider back on May 27, as promotion for Brock Lensar announcing that he would be cashing in his Money In the Bank title shot against that even on Raw. However, Lensar decided not to cash it in on either Seth Rollins or Kofi Kingston. Lensar would instead wait until Extreme Rules and cash in on Rollins after his match and regained the Universal Championship.
“I like the speculation as to where my role is and where my role isn’t in WWE because I think people should have the opportunity to simply enjoy the product, not worry about if Paul Heyman is involved in this idea or Paul Heyman wasn’t involved in that idea. I had a blast working with Ronda Rousey. Working with Ronda Rousey was a life-changing experience for me, and I hope I get a chance to work even more with Ronda Rousey in the future.
Someone that can’t wait for Ronda Rousey to make her return is Sonya Deville, who would like to kick her a** for trying to take her spot.
I would like to kick her a** for trying to take my spot. Period!
Someone else that Ronda might want to seek some revenge on is Becky Lynch, who gave her first loss as a member of the WWE.
We will have to see what type of storyline the writing team comes up with for Rousey make her return to the squared circle. Whenever she decides to make her anticipated return.
