The Mavericks would eventually fall to the Blazers 118-121.
After the game, NBA Insider and Heavy contributor Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson tweeted that Luka’s nickname should be “Uncle Luke.” The only problem is the name is already taken by Miami, Florida native, Luther Campbell of 2 Live Crew. He is known worldwide by his stage name of Uncle Luke. If you don’t know, who Luther Campbell is you should go look up ESPN’s 30 for 30 “The U.” Campbell was a major player in the pay to play scandal back in the early 1980s at the University of Miami during their national title run under now, pro football Hall of Fame coach Jimmy Johnson. Cambell actually responded to Robinson’s tweet and it been known that he is actually in Dallas for a couple of days. He will also be checking out Luka in person at the American Airlines Center on December 26th against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday. Campbell also this Luka has some swag.
It seems like Doncic has a fan in Campbell. The Dallas Mavericks take on the New Orleans Pelicans at 7:30 pm CST on Wednesday at the American Airlines Center. This will be the second of the four meeting for both teams.
