Bre Tiesi Sets the Record Straight: Is Nick Cannon a Fan of Selling Sunset?

Bre Tiesi, the star of the popular Netflix reality series Selling Sunset, recently shed light on her partner Nick Cannon’s opinion about the show. In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Bre Tiesi, 32, shared that Nick Cannon, 42, hasn’t watched Selling Sunset, and she did so with a hearty laugh.

The revelation comes after the couple’s relationship became a focal point during the sixth season of Selling Sunset, which made its Netflix debut in May. Their romance has also been a target for social media trolls, but Bre Tiesi has taken a humorous approach to address these critics. She recently posted a TikTok video that playfully poked fun at those questioning their relationship. In the video, she wrote, “When someone asks if we’re even together,” alongside a clip of her affectionately kissing Nick Cannon on the cheek.

Bre Tiesi revealed that using social media to address and dispel negative perceptions of her relationship with Nick Cannon has been an entertaining endeavor for both of them. She emphasized that Nick Cannon remains her best friend, regardless of the public’s opinions, and highlighted their close bond. “We are super close,” Bre stated, underscoring their shared experiences in the realms of social media and television. She added that engaging with social media in this manner has become a source of enjoyment for the couple.

During Season 6 of Selling Sunset, several of Bre Tiesi’s co-stars, including Chelsea Lazkani, expressed confusion and mixed feelings about her relationship with Nick Cannon. Lazkani, aged 30, candidly stated during an episode, “I find Nick Cannon and Bre’s relationship rather off-putting. I just think we’re fundamentally so different, you know, and ultimately, the way I live my life is very different from hers as a Christian, so I don’t know if we will ever be super, super close friends.”

Additionally, Lazkani alleged that Bre Tiesi discovered Nick Cannon’s news of welcoming a child with LaNisha Cole through a news alert while they were together off-camera. This revelation led to tension, but in subsequent episodes, Tiesi defended Cannon, emphasizing that their relationship doesn’t come with legal agreements or obligations.

Nick Cannon is known for being a father to a large family, with 12 children from six different women. While Bre Tiesi clarified that they don’t feel compelled to share every detail of their individual lives, she highlighted that they are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting their son, Legendary, born in June 2022.

Regarding their son’s name, Tiesi shared that initially, she suggested “Legend,” but Nick Cannon desired something more unique. Together, they decided on the name “Legendary.”

Despite her deep affection for motherhood and her adoration for their son, Legendary, Bre Tiesi doesn’t currently have plans to expand her family. She expressed concerns about having enough time and attention to devote to another child, given her current responsibilities. However, she remains open to the possibility of growing their family in the future, suggesting that circumstances may change in a couple of years.

Bre Tiesi’s candid insights into her relationship with Nick Cannon and her experiences on Selling Sunset offer a glimpse into the complexities of life in the public eye. As the couple continues to navigate their journey together, their fans and followers will undoubtedly follow their story with interest.
