“The Storm family is thrilled to partner with PUMA to celebrate Breanna Stewart and the release of her PUMA “Stewie 1 Quiet Fire,” said Alisha Valavanis, Storm President and CEO. “This is the first women’s signature shoe in more than a decade, and how fitting it is with one of the greatest players of all time. Stewart and her ‘Stewie 1s’ are sure to inspire ballers of all ages. Join us in celebrating her and this incredible moment.”
Stewart and PUMA recently announced the launch of “Stewie 1 Quiet Fire”, the first women’s signature basketball shoe in over a decade. PUMA will highlight the new release at Climate Pledge Arena with concourse LED graphics displaying the shoes and Stewart’s logo.
The Stewie 1 provides multi-zoned monomesh layers for targeted support, breathability and comfort along with NITRO Foam technology for superior responsiveness and cushioning while remaining lightweight, and a Molded Heel Counter for additional stability and lockdown marked with scars to represent Stewie’s two Achilles surgeries. The shoes will be available for purchase starting this Fall.
