Doug Christie Names His Top 5 Basketball Players from Seattle
Seattle, Washington always has been a city with a rich sports tradition whether at the high school, college, or professional level. In a town best known as The Kid’s playground after Ken Griffey Jr. during his stint in Seattle from 1989 to 1999, where he captured an MVP award in 19 97.

The Sacramento Kings were in town recently to take on the Dallas Mavericks. Before the game, I asked Doug Christie to name his top five players from the Seattle area.
” Jamal Crawford, myself, Brandon Roy, IT [Isaiah Thomas], JT [Jason Terry] and I’m sure I am leaving someone out,” said Christie.
During his career, Doug Christie adverage 11.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.6 assists per game, and made the All-Defensive team four times.
