Nuggets Guard Bones Hyland Reacts To Former MVP Candidate Isaiah Thomas Debunking Hoops Hype’s Report

On Saturday, Hoops Hype’s Michael Scotto reported that according to his sources, two-time All-Star Isaiah Thomas worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers. Several players, including Armoni Brooks, Sharife Cooper, Mychal Mulder, and others.
Word got back to Thomas, who responded to the Twitter report.
No I didn’t workout for the lakers!!!! What SOURCE told you that?? Smh
Denver Nuggets guard Bones Hyland saw the report and reacted with laughing emojis and added, “They crazy bruh.”
The former MVP candidate has had two stints with the Los Angeles Lakers with a ten day contract this last season and he was traded there in February of 2018 from Cleveland along Channing Frye, and their own 2018 first-round pick. In exchange for guard Jordan Clarkson and forward Larry Nance Jr.
When he was interview by Lakers media after signing a ten day contract last season, “I just made the decision to play in the G-League and then Rob [Pelinka] had called me the other morning. It’s something that I have always wanted, it’s something that I worked for. Lucky I got the opportunity it amazing to be able to be on the Lakers again and be teammates with Hall of Fames guys. Hall of Fame coaching staff, so I’m thankful for the opportunity first and foremost.”
