Last year, comedian and actor Kevin Hart elected to post Nick Cannon’s cellphone number on a billboard in Los Angeles. The ad also reads, “For any advice on fatherhood, call my best friend, Nick Cannon.” Then, in a smaller font, it continues, “Hey guys! Here is his cell #,” adding the MTV star’s Los Angeles number for all to see.”
Hart’s prank was retaliation to Cannon sending a llama to Hart’s home for his 42nd birthday. Nick Cannon, nine weeks later, would then invite Hart on his talk show and elected to put his face and logo of his talk show on Hart’s private plane.
On Friday afternoon, Jackass star Johnny Knoxville was on TMZ Sports and used Kevin Hart’s tactic by using an advertising plane featuring WWE Superstar Sami Zayn’s phone number.
“So yesterday, Sami Zayn got my personal phone number and was texting and stalking me all day,” Knoxville says.
“So today, for my birthday, I am flying his phone number over Los Angeles. 407-574-1532. See ya at WrestleMania, Shnookums.”
Next month, the two will be opponents against each other at WrestleMania in Arlington, Texas, at AT&T Stadium on April 2 and April 3.
