The official Flea drops a new song, “Me and You,” a hip-hop love song about how much a person would go through for somebody they love, even though the other person doesn’t love them the same. The catchy hook feels like it got stuck in my brain and won’t leave, no matter what.
The songwriting is brilliant just as much as it is thoughtful, with unique wordplay that shows the supreme talent level and significant substance in the lines that make the record stand out. It delivers the feeling well to my ears with raw lyrics and emotional vocals. Each bar is provided with plenty of captivation that gives the song more life, as you take in a creative style to the fullest to make you listen to enjoy every second.
