On Tuesday night, it was announced that Texas Governor Greg Abbot was able to beat his Democratic opponent Beto O’Rourke to retain his governor seat. The news was post on Dallas Texas TV’s Instagram and of course it receive a mix reaction, which prompted former Utah Jazz and San Antonio Spurs forward Stephen Howard react in the comment section.
‘The comment section shows why we are in so much trouble as a country. People hear something and repeat it not even thinking about what it means. I always see so many comments where people think being a #beta is an insult while they also worship betas,” said Howard.
“Elon Musk, Zuckerberg, most politicians, and most elite and rich are all betas. A beta will hire an alpha to do the dirty work for them. This is why education is so important and why putting more into thought and money into education is needed. Most Americans can’t think for themselves or even have the curiosity to research what they are being told or even what they are repeating to others that they were told. So sad.”
Then a IG user who goes by the name of Paris Guap writes, Stephen Howard what color is your Bugatti?
Howard would reply, “What color is a bot?
Guap would reply, “The Color of my nuts on [your] face.
Howard then proceed to let him know how tall he was.
“Lol. You do know you probably are as tall as my belt buckle. Carry On! Your page links to a website that talks about Aryan brotherhood and White Lives Matter which is kinda comical bc they trademark is owned by 2 Black guys. Carry on.”
Another user that goes by the name of Ethan Bryan.
“Undrafted and no ring. No wonder you riding for Beta’s.”
Howard would reply, “Come on Ethan. I’m sure you can figure this out without your daddy’s help. What I was saying had nothing to do with the election results or the election. And to be clear alphas do not need daddy’s help. The fact that I was undrafted and made the NBA is even more impressive which you would not know about right. And if me not winning a championship is bad what does that say about you…. Ethan?”
