Orlando Magic Have No Chance In Free Agency At Lakers LeBron James

Last season the reminding contenders had to finish the NBA season in a bubble for 95 days in Orlando, Florida, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Miami Heat in six games to win their 17th championship in franchise history.
However, that did not come without consequence and sacrifices. According to Lakers Finals MVP LeBron James, he still has a little PTSD when he hear’s the word Orlando.
James was featured on the latest episode of HBO’s The Shop with Maverick Carter, Jay-Z, Nneka Ogwumike, Bad Bunny, and Paul Rivera. During a segment in the show, Bad Bunny was sharing his appearance with the WWE. He had to move to Orlando for three months to train, and for LeBron, it brought back memories of the bubble.
“I mean, that’s part of the reason I haven’t taken my daughter to Disney World. You gotta understand anytime I hear Orlando right now, I get PTSD. I was in a bubble for 95 days,” said James.
Maverick Carter followed that statement up with the question ‘Orlando has no chance in free agency?’
LeBron James: “They have no chance.”
Maverick Carter: If he gets traded to Orlando?
LeBron James: “I’m not going”
Maverick Carter: “I’m just retired! It’s over!
LeBron James: It’s over with!
Yeah LeBron Has been traded to Orlando… LeBron lives in Malibu… He’s not going!
Fortunately for Los Angeles Lakers, fans have at least two more seasons with the team after signing a two-year, $85 million extension last December according to ESPN’s Dave McMenamin.
James is also preparing to take on the Phoenix Suns in game four on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 PM EST on ABC.
