The Dallas Cowboys begin the 2019-20 season by taking care of their division rivals the New York Giants 35-17. In a game that saw DaK Prescott throw for 405 yards on 24/32, no interceptions, and a perfect 158.3 passer rating throwing more than 30 passes in a game. Someone that was not impressed was Redskins cornerback Josh Norman, who, the Cowboys play this week on the road.
“You stand back there in the pocket all day and go through your first, second and third reads and come back to your first one, OK, cool. Anybody can do that,” Norman told the Associated Press. “At the end of the day, he’s been playing well. As you can see, he’s evolved. He’s growing in the system. He’s just taking his keys and picking his targets and throwing the ball on time.”
In his first game back after signing his 90 million dollar deal, Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 53 and a touchdown. His counterpart Saquon Barkley rushed for 120 yards on 11 attempts averaging 10.9 yards per attempt.
Earlier this today, on his Instagram Live Dallas Mavericks assistant coach, Darrell Armstrong stated that Barkley is a better running back than Elliott. There was a play in the third quarter, and the Giants were on offense with a 4th and 1. New York decided to throw the ball instead of running the ball. The play would end with Eli manning being sacked Leighton Vander Esch, and DeMarcus Lawerence recovered the fumble.
“The Giants didn’t run the ball because they are trying to get rid of Eli Manning. They should have run the ball on fourth down with Barkley instead of attempting to pass it with Eli, said Armstrong.”
Armstrong, who is an avid Redskins fan and has been trolling Cowboys fans all week. Redskin fans have made a lot off headlines over the last couple of weeks for comments about Antonio Brown possibly headed there or even getting into a physical altercation with Eagles fans.
Last week, Philadelphia 76ers forward Mike Scott, who is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia is a well documented Skins fan. He was in town to go watch the Eagles and Redskin play at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Before the game, Scott took to social media to post wearing a Redskins jersey. This is how the masses were able to identify him in a video on Twitter in an altercation with Eagles fans.
Mike Scott told Philly fans from the moment he arrived, “I ain’t no b****,” so why would someone try him when he showed up to an Eagles game in a Redskins jersey? pic.twitter.com/MhVXwpSnRo

According to the Philly Voice, Scott planned to stop by the “4th and Jawn,” which is a popular tailgating section to interact with the fans. Scott spotted a coffin surrounded by Redskins gear and wanted to take a picture next to it. Instead, Philly fans started yelling “F*ck the Redskins!” and “F*ck you!” While other tailgaters started yelling the N’ word and then things went from bad to worse.
@mikescott on behalf of @Eagles fans and Philadelphia we don’t condone this bullshit. You know exactly why this happened and it wasn’t because of your jersey pic.twitter.com/p5Wg0NXevZ

In the video above, you can see that Scott approached the area where the racial slurs were coming from, and then the altercation became physical.
