Freebandz’ CEO, Casino talks highly anticipated album Disrespectful! Landon Buford finds out why the rapper took his time with this one.

I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Freebandz CEO Casino to discuss his upcoming project ‘Disrespectful.” The project will feature four guest appearances from Future, Young Thug, Scooter, and 21 Savage.
During the creation, process Casino was able to take his time with this project in the confinement of his studio in comparison to some of the previous release material. He talked about being able to record in his environment and had the opportunity make sure it was what he wanted before getting ready to release the ‘Disrespectful’ project.
The album will be sharing his truth on every single song on the project, and he will be inviting the fans into his personal life. Casino favorite single off the project is entitled ‘Ice Berg’ he likes the single because Iceberg is a part his everyday outfit in some shape or form. Grow up in Kirkwood that is all that he and the people around use to wear. So, the brand has some sentimental value from his childhood that he has been able to incorporate into what he does today.
Casino shares with us how his brother Future’s hard work inspires him to create music and how it has help finance so much. From the studio that they record into opening other venues for more income like commercial real estate, which Casino would like to pursue one day.
Karate Chop was Casino first hit and after that he was hooked. He was not supposed to be on the album version of the single, but it went out and the rest is history. Casino would follow the success of the ‘Karate Chop’ single with a project called Ex-Drug Dealer and it had a great ROI to go with being booked for show dates. He would follow up the success of the mixtape with a single called ‘Move That Dope’ Hit play above to watch the full interview with Casino.
