WWE’s WrestleMania Is Comeback to AT&T In 2022

Nick White

Wrestlemania. The grandest stage of them all. The Super Bowl of sports, entertainment comes to Dallas for a special two-night extravaganza on April 2nd and 3rd, and what better way to kick things off than with the ultimate presale kickoff party?

Well, that’s exactly what happened when WWE brought some special guests and superstars to AT&T Stadium on November 10th to warm the fans up for the big event next year. Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon and a rare appearance from future WWE Hall of Famer, The Undertaker, kicked the night off by speaking to the fans about what they can expect.

This was followed by some exciting matches and autograph signings from some NXT superstars such as Dakota Kai, Nikki A.S.H., local Texan Raquel, rising star Rhea Ripley, Xyon Quinn, Wes Lee, and many more! The fans were loud and full of excitement, cheering and booing the stars as they brought the heat to the ring. The night ended with Rhea making a surprise appearance to help Raquel secure her win against Dakota Kai. The two shared a hug, threw out t-shirts, and posed for selfies with fans as they headed back up the ramp, sending fans home with big smiles.

It should be noted that this isn’t the first time Wrestlemania has emanated from AT&T Stadium, though. The site hosted Wrestlemania 32 back in 2016. It was an electrifying night as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson came out and announced the new all-time attendance record for any Wrestlemania, bringing in 101,763 fans! This broke the previous Wrestlemania 3 record of 93,173 when held at the Pontiac Silverdome in Michigan. So could Wrestlemania 38 break the last record when they were in the Lone-Star State? There’s only one way to find out. Tickets are on sale now via seatgeek.com.
