WWE Superstar Seth Rollins Talks About His Upcoming Appearance at the Fandemic Tour in Houston

As Fandemic Tour quickly approaches, there has been a lot of excitement surrounding this weekend’s event in Houston at the NRG Center Oct 18-20. It is an event for all ages and will be a lot of familiar faces such as Kevin Sorbo (Hercules, Andromeda), Sebastian Stan (Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Gossip Girl), James & Oliver Phelps (the Harry Potter series), and Jason David Frank best known as Tommy from the original Power Rangers.
Other notable celebrities are WWE Superstars Becky “The Man” Lynch, who is currently the Raw Women’s Champion, and The Universal Champion Seth Rollins will both be in attendance this weekend in Houston. Earlier this week, Rollins talked about having the opportunity to participate in this weekend’s event and interact with the Houston fans.
“It is very exciting we get the opportunity to travel around the country year-round and do all these shows. However, we very seldom have the chance to sit down with our fans for a couple of hours. So, to be part of this convention is always an exciting thing and be able to spend a couple of extra seconds with our fans individually, maybe answer a question or two. That they always wanted to ask or just have a moment to take a picture and sign an autograph whatever it might be. It is a refreshing experience for all of us to get the opportunity to do these things,” said Rollins
The Universal Champion also highlighted his match last year at Survivor Series against United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura as one of his memorable performances in Houston, Texas. Rollins at the time was representing the Raw brand as the Intercontinental Champion at the time, while Nakamura was representing the Smackdown brand. Rollins would pick up the victory by delivering his patent stomp and pinning Nakamura. Rollins also named drop his go-to breakfast spot in the city as well.
“That is tough I had so many events that I couldn’t narrow it down to just one, to be honest with you. Every time we come to Houston, they have an amazing coffee, and we also go to this spot called “Tout Suite” it is a breakfast coffee house, and the Toyota Center crowd has been a great turnout for us. It is usually an incredible opportunity for us, said Rollins.
I want to say last year I had a really fun match with Shinsuke Nakamura, and it was a match between the Intercontinental Champion versus the United States Champion at Survivor Series. So, it has been an amazing city for us of the course my career, and even longer than that. So, harder to narrow it down, to be honest with you.”
You can watch Seth Rollins on Monday Nights at 8 pm EST on the USA Network.
