Recently, I was able to attend a play by the name of Why Women Trip by Torie in Dallas Texas. The Play featured Momma Dee from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Benét Embry (Host of The Benet Embry Show) KayDee Carr, Lucretia Johnson, Reggie French (Host of R&R and That D Radio Show), Ronald Clemons, Mia Hunt, (Irma P. Hall Award Winner) Sherry Hurnes, Zebretta Johnson and Steven Lewis. The Play is directed by Award winning actor, director, and musician Snoop Robinson.
The stage play is based on true life events about a lady named Shari Johnson. The story showcases how quickly love can turn into hatred. Shari meets and falls in love with the passion of her life Dorian Brooks. The love connection between two went into a whirlwind and plan on living together forever.

The special guests included Internet sensation Irvin “Mr. Steal Ya Grandma” Randle and Music By Silk member Lil G. The play was really hilarious and is definitely something that I would go see again. Special thanks to Torie Lee and Snoop Robinson for the invite.
