It has been almost to the months since Mick Foley debuted the 24/7 championship on Monday Night Raw. Since it was implemented, it has added a very entertaining storyline for mid-carders such as Titus O’Neal, Cedric Alexander, No way Jose, Drake Maverick, Jinder Mahal, Elias, and R-Truth.

Speaking of Truth, he has held the title a grand total of 12 times out of the 36 reigns, which featured former WWE Superstar Kelly Kelly become the first of four women to capture the title. The other three are former WWE Superstar Candace Michelle, WWE Hall of Famer Alundra Blayze, and the first-ever pregnant champion WWE Superstar Maria Kanellis.

Back in May, I spoke with WWE Superstar Lana about the next title that she would like to see the WWE implement in the future.

“I would like to see intergender tag team championships implemented next by the WWE. That way Rusev, and I can be the first-ever tag team champs. We’ll push the envelope.”

WWE has always been known to push the envelope with their content over the years, whether it is partnering with the Make A Wish Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, GLAAD, and the Special Olympics.

Earlier this year, the WWE along with WWE Superstar Sonya Deville partnered with the Ft. Lauderdale 2019 Pride Parade and led her “Sonya Deville” parade float during the event.

Deville shared with me how the whole process during our chat last month.

Being a part of a pride parade, in general, is something I wanted to do for a couple of years now.  I always wanted to collaborate with WWE on it. It was just something special that home town parade happened to be coming up when I was looking into it. I think it would just be exciting if I could be part of it somehow, and never thought I would get my own float. As we started to reach out to the person in charge of the parade, Deville told me.

He was very excited, loved wrestling, and thought it would be a great message to have the first openly gay WWE Superstar in the parade and then proceeded to ask if I would like my own float? I was super excited, and I rallied my friends and family along with my girlfriend to come down to help me decorate the float.  It turned out to be such a fun experience.

Deville also shared which title she would like to see WWE implement in the future.

I never thought about, but maybe an International Championship because we have a diverse roster of women between NXT, Raw, and Smackdown. I think an International Championship would be cool.

What do you think?
