Kyle Rittenhouse plans to sue Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James after the four-time Finals MVP defamed him on Twitter during his murder trial last year. Meanwhile, James is not the only one Rittenhouse plans to sue. He also named Whoopi Goldberg and President Joe Biden, amongst others, according to TMZ.

As most of you know, the 19-year-old was on trial and charged with two counts of homicide one count of attempted homicide. In addition, he was also accused of shooting three people with two fatalities at a protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, according to CNN.

During the trial, there was a video of Rittenhouse breaking down in tears and it went viral on social media. NBA 75 member  LeBron James shared his thoughts on the video last November.

Last month, during an interview with Tucker Carlson, Rittenhouse revealed that he planned to sue politicians, celebrities, and athletes.

“Right now we’re looking at quite a few politicians, celebrities, athletes. Whoopi Goldberg’s on the list. She called me a murderer after I was acquitted by a jury of my peers. She went on to still say that. And there’s others. Don’t forget about Cenk Uygur from The Young Turks. He called me a murderer before the verdict and continues to call me a murderer.”

“We are going to hold everybody who’s lied about me accountable such as…everybody’s who’s lied, called me a white supremacist. They’re all gonna be held accountable and we’re going to handle them in a courtroom.”

Meanwhile, he shared that he planned on suing LeBron James as well on the Frontlines with Drew Hernandez.

“He’ll be getting a letter, too,” Rittenhouse told Hernandez. “Anybody who defamed me, or lied about me, we’re just going to send them a letter and then deal with them in the courtroom.”
