Mark Cuban On His Drop The Mic Appearance ‘I Should Have Won’

Dallas Maverick owner Mark Cuban has been featured in many different things off the court this season. Of course, he can be seen on ABC’s Shark tanks as the show is in its tenth season. Other projects include ‘What Men Want’ alongside Taraji P. Henson, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Shaquille O’Neal, Grant Hill, Tracy Morgan, Brian Bosworth, and Erykah Badu. Earlier this year, he shared that he would be featured on 2 Chainz’s new television show ………he is hosting.
Cuban recently made an appearance on TNT’s Drop The Mic as a contestant against WWE superstars Lana and Rusev. The WWE’s power couple are also cast members of E Network’s Total Divas.
Rusev would start the battle with this line “Excuse my foreign accent, but I’m about to begin. Tell me, Mr. Cuban, will the Mavericks ever win. Elon Musk is flying rockets to space. You can’t get your team into the playoff race, and now that you are competing, you don’t know what to do because Dirk Nowitzki can’t win this.
I’m giving you straight hits. I’m not missing this, Mark; I just showed what it is like to swim with the real sharks, said Rusev.”
Mark would respond with this line ‘Rusev and Lana like to act all macho you look like Anna Nicole and a broke Ivan Drago. Do you think I will?. Lose in the arena to the uglier hairier John Cena? All you do is grab other men in diapers and steal your whole look from Zangief in Street Fighter? Now excuse for asking. I hope you can find out how you paid. For. Your. Mail. Order., bride,” Cuban said.
All three contestants would go back in forth for a couple more rounds before the judge declared Lana and Rusev the winners.
Earlier this week, I spoke to Cuban about the episode of Drop the Mic he appeared on to get his thoughts on the outcome and how it took for the producers to give him his material and the experience.
“So they gave me some material, And then I wrote the rest. They gave me a couple of bars, and I said this is too mellow, and then Rusev spiced up his. So, I said if you want to go like that, then I will. You can say whatever you want about me, I don’t care, but I’m right back at you. So, it was fun; it was a lot of fun. I should have won. This is the way it goes,” said Cuban.
