Local Seattle Hooper Strips NBA All-Star Trae Young Twice In Jamal Crawford’s Pro-Am [Watch]

The trio of Trae Young, Dejounte Murray, and John Collins were in Seattle at Seattle Pacific University to take part in Jamal Crawford’s annual pro-am called ‘The CrawsOver.’
The teammates put on a show on Sunday afternoon in the Emerald city with some flying dunks and in Young case some 30 feet plus threes, which he is known for, but also he is known to turn the ball over every once in awhile. Young is entering his 5th season as a member of the Atlanta Hawks, and this last season, he averaged 4.1 turnover per 36 minutes a game.
On Sunday, the 2021-22 All-NBA Third Team team member was stripped twice, which lead to points the other way.
The first one you can see Young attempting to create space to operate on the right side of the court against a local Seattle Hooper and gets stripped. The second time you can see he strips him clean and they are to the races in a video from Rocky Padila at thee 8:26 mark.
To Young’s created he does come down after the second strip came back at the local hooper and blew past him for a layup. He would later get the hooper with his patinate nutmeg which leads to a sick dunk from John Collins off the alley from Murray.
The Hawks trio would ended up with a 126-121 victory.
The three Hawks also had notable results, with Murray completing with 39 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. Young (37 points and 13 assists) and Collins (27 points and 17 rebounds) each netted a double-double.
