Kevin Durant Reveals What He Misses About Living In The Bay Area

It has been two seasons since Kevin Durant was traded from the Golden State Warriors to the Brooklyn Nets. In the summer of 19, the Warriors sent Kevin Durant and a top-20 protected first-rounder for D’Angelo Russell. The Nets also asked the Warriors to take Shabazz Napier and Treveon Graham to sign DeAndre Jordan, according to Netsdaily.com.
On Friday, Durant was on Twitter Space in Boogie Bousins’s Space, during the question & answer section. Durant was asked what does he miss about living in the Bay Area.
“I miss playing at Oracle for sure. Just that whole Oakland atmosphere and that whole vibe driving from the Oakland Hills. I wanted to say East Oakland going to the arena that whole vibe, man. Playing in front of those fans in Oakland was dope,” said Durant.
“We had the oldest arena in the league at one p oint, so you kind of felt that when you walked in. That nostalgia was in there every day when we played. So, I missed that the most.”
Kevin Durant spent three years with the Warriors, helping them win two NBA champions beating LeBron James in back-to-back seasons. He would also win back-to-back Finals MVP.
