Everything You See Between Martha Stewart & I Is Real, Says Snoop Dogg
Thirteen years ago, Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart met each other for the first time when the Dogfather made an appearance on The Martha Stewart Show.
Upon the appearance, Martha taught Snoop how to make her mashed potatoes, and later, Snoop said that this was when Martha helped the rappers to be part of the daytime television.
A year later, Snoop joins Martha on her program once again, but they made brownies at the 2009 appearance. Mixing up the ingredients and cooking them, Snoop made several comments referring to marijuana, and Martha responded by saying they add the “stuff” later on after Snoop’s jokes.
By this time, their energy from two new friends was undeniable. Unfortunately, it would then be years before their next on-screen meeting, but in 2014, Martha admitted during an AMA on Reddit that she wished to be closer friends with Snoop.
In 2015, the two were able to reunite at a Comedy Central’s roast of Justin Bieber and, according to Snoop Dogg in an interview with Henry Smith in 2019, shared that “I knew I wanted to be alongside this lady for the rest of my life.”
Snoop Dogg was on Clubhouse previewing his new album ‘The Algorithm,’ released at midnight on Thursday afternoon. During the listening session, someone asked Snoop if his relationship with Stewart was like off-camera and wanted help to understand it.
“It is easy to understand, and it’s two people that love each other and do the same thing. That get money, love to help, and we are just the same kind of people. It is ain’t about nothing but that. People are people and that’s what we gotta start looking past what we look like as opposed to what we feel like. Our spirits connected, so that’s a beautiful lady. That I have a good time with,” said Snoop.
The person who asked him the question said, ‘Oh no, you missed understood what I and clarified. So, you make the Matha Stewart special with the weed? What’s that like.”
“It’s like what you see it’s real there’s no acting or script, it is all real.”
In addition to Snoop Dogg dropping his latest project, ‘The Algorithm,’ he also invested in Metaverse, formerly known as Facebook; according to Isabelle Lee of Market Insider, Snoop Dogg and Canadian producer Deadmau5 in Metaverse as strategic members.
”We need the best people from across finance, culture, and technology to bring the knowledge, reach, and capital to accelerate the open metaverse,” Outlier Ventures founder and CEO Jamie Burke said in a press release on Thursday.
”The metaverse will eventually connect every platform, virtual world, and game into a single permissionless peer-to-peer economy native to the internet.”
