Chris Paul’s Mother Shares Her Side Of The Story With Mavs’ Fans Through TNT’s Kenny Smith

At the end of the Game 4 in Dallas and the American Airlines Center, two fans were ejected after putting their hands on members Chris Paul family. Before one of the fans was remove by his mother and security, Paul told him, ““Hey! Hey, I’ll see you later! I’ll see you later!”
After the game, Chris Paul tweeted, “Wanna fine players for saying stuff to the fans but the fans can put they hands on our families….f** that!!”
During Monday night’s edition Kenny Smith gave some insight of what happened after, Paul’s mother reached out to tell her side of the story.
“On TNT, Kenny Smith says that Chris Paul’s mother, Robin, reached out to explain what happened with the young Dallas fan,” according to Brad Townsend of The Dallas Morning News.
“She said the fan was obviously inebriated and kept tapping her on the shoulder and wishing her happy Mother’s Day, even after she politely asked him to stop.”

The Dallas Mavericks, according to NBC DFW, the fans will be banned from the arena for a year.
“American Airlines Center and Dallas Mavericks security and executives have concluded the investigation into the incident involving the Paul family. Two unruly fans attempted to give unwanted hugs and have conversations with members of the Paul family on the public concourse of American Airlines Center. AAC security responded immediately once notified by the family, and the fans were swiftly ejected from the game. The fans involved in the incident will not be allowed to return to the arena until 2023.”
Game five will back in Phoenix on Tuesday night and will air on TNT at 10 pm EST.
