According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Boston Celtics are finalizing an agreement to acquire Orlando Magic Evan Fournier for two second-round picks ahead of Thursday’s tra de deadline.

After ESPN’s Tim Bontemps reported in February, Fournier was “expected to attract interest” due to his expiring contract. It makes sense for the Magic to move it since it is intended to strike free agency after the 2020-21 season.

After all, Orlando is no realistic title contender and has been able to save something back for the player before he potentially leaves to join another team.

Fournier averages 19.7 points out of 46.1% shots, 3.7 assists, and 2.9 rebounds per night this season as a person who can attack the defense from the bounce defends several positions, and hit from the outside, as evidenced by its 39.9 percent long-range music video last season.
