Brittany Cartwright Violates Jax Taylor Says He Has No Stamina Most Of The Time
Brittany Cartwright is setting the record straight after making headlines for describing her sex life with ex-husband Jax Taylor during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
The 36-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum faced backlash on social media for being too candid when asked about Taylor’s bedroom performance, but she’s not backing down. Cartwright responded directly to criticism in an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, April 30.
“Let’s be clear, I was ASKED this question on WWHL and it’s my right, after all the s*** I have been through, to answer honestly.”
The response resulted from Cartwright’s unfiltered opinion during the April 29 episode. Andy Cohen asked to rate Taylor’s bedroom skills, and she responded, “Oh, Lord. There were times when he was about a 7 or 8, but majority of the time, no stamina, no nothing. I’d say, a 2 or 3.”
Taylor, 45, has not yet publicly responded to Cartwright’s remarks. Despite this, the former Bravo star has not hesitated to overshare. In the Mind of Jax Taylor’s podcast, a recent episode featured an open discussion about past sexual encounters, including faking orgasms.
“We would be having sex and I know it’s not going to happen,” Taylor admitted. “So I’ll stop it early and be like, ‘You know what? I really, really like you. I don’t think we should do this right now.”
He asserted against the move by stating, “I would rather her tell her friends, ‘He was so sweet he wanted to wait,’ rather than, ‘He can’t cum when he’s with me.’ That’s a little more embarrassing.”
Taylor has talked about his personal history of the podcast, stating he was a late bloomer. At 19, he lost his virginity and grew up in a conservative household without any sexual talk from his father.
In 2024, the former couple, who have a 4-year-old son named Cruz, officially dissolved their marriage. In a recent Us Weekly story, Taylor admitted that substance abuse played a significant role in their breakup.
“I’ve been in and out of using cocaine for a while… When the divorce started, I felt like I was doing it recreationally,” he revealed. “It got really bad though.”
He added, “I had all these other issues because I’m masking loneliness. I’m masking the texting women by doing drugs and drinking alcohol… This is not going to go away anymore. People have had enough.”
As Cartwright and Taylor continue to share their post-divorce truths, it’s apparent that they won’t sugarcoat their story or apologize for it. Pay attention to social media as the two continue to throw shots at one another.
