Bianca Belair Reveals She’s Still In Shock After Loss To Becky Lynch At SummerSlam [Watch]

On Saturday night at Summer Slam, Becky Lynch made her highly anticipated return to the ring after being out due to the birth of her daughter. There have been numerous reports that she would be in attendance for Summer Slam, so there was a possibility that she would make an appearance which she did and won the Smackdown Women’s Championship by beating Bianca Belair in 26 seconds.
After SummerSlam ended, Belair was interviewed by Scott Fishman of TV Insider.
“I’m just trying to wrap my mind around what just happen and get my emotions in check. I am very emotional, I’m shocked, and I have to admit I don’t have a problem admitting my feelings are hurt, very upset, and defeated right now, but I know this is not the end. This is a bump and a hurdle in the road. I’m going to get my rematch, and I’m going back after my Smackdown Women’s Championship,” said Belair.
On the potentially working with Becky in the future.
“I’m ready. I’m so ready. I have been doing interviews and they always ask who is someone that you want to work with in the future, and definitely, Becky Lynch is one of the four horsewomen, but I didn’t think it would have happened so fast. To be a part of that moment and be there when the crowd erupted and stand there and give everyone a taste to come. I’m just letting everyone know it’s coming and it’s happening. Becky Lynch and I are going to get in the ring and I’m going for my Smackdown Women’s Championship.”
Before Fisherman spoke to Belair, he spoke with Nikka Bella and got her feed about the evening, when she shared what wasn’t her favorite moment of the evening.
“I can tell you what wasn’t my favorite moment and it was when she [Bianca Belair] lost. That definitely was not my favorite moment,” said Bella.
“And I don’t know if I actually had a favorite moment! Because, you know, I’ve always backed the women and always for the women.”
