Atlanta Hawks’ Dejounte Murray Slams Magic’s Paolo Banchero After His Comments on IG

With the NBA offseason widening, players are finding ways to stay in shape before next month’s training camp.
While many players run their own off-season workouts, others play in various pro-am events across the country that take place every summer.
This weekend, former MVP candidate Isaiah Thomas held his seventh annual “Zeke-End” pro-am tournament at Tacoma Community College in Tacoma, Washington.
The event drew several NBA players, including the newly acquired Hawks guard Dejounte Murray and rookie Magic Paolo Banchero.
And after battling Murray over the weekend, Banchero wish didn’t try to guard the NBA All-Star.
Murray embarrassed the Magic rookie; he pounced on Banchero, threw an alley-oop to himself, after faking out the 2022 first pick. Murray then landed on his feet and then violated Banchero by flexing on him.
After the game Banchero hoped on IG and caption which reads, “Lol unfollowed me on tha gram n everything it must be personal huh? That’s jus fine make sure u guard up next time n stop sending doubles family.
The Hawks guard quickly responded with, ” You tried to flex that number one pick s*** on me when I have been rooting for you since you were a kid asking to rebound for me Paolo [Banchero]. Don’t get on this internet saying nothing…You change from the humble kid you always was and I stand on real s*** boy and you know. You made it and changed I lost all respect!!!” Murray said.
“Stay humble this life you in know is no joke. I still want to see you win cause that is who I am.”
Banchero would reply, “Same humble kid. I always vouched for u bro. Don’t switch the narrative for tha internet. Shoutout IT tho for a great event.”
Murray replied, about 30 minutes, I stay humble until I gotta show these MF that savage in me!!!
