As the camera panned to him during a timeout, he got down on one knee and pulled out a ring, causing the entire arena to erupt in cheers and applause. However, as he nervously asked his girlfriend to marry him, she hesitated before eventually shaking her head and saying no, leaving Cheeseaholic devastated.

The moment was captured on camera and quickly went viral, with many people sympathizing with Cheeseaholic and expressing their support for him. However, some also criticized him for proposing in such a public and potentially humiliating way, with others questioning the authenticity of the proposal and whether it was staged for views. For Cheeseholic rejection was planned, some might say this next one that happened earlier this the season might not have been. It happened with 9:29 minutes to go into the second quarter at a February game between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers, during a timeout, the ventilator tried to propose to his girlfriend, but instead of receiving a “yes” and then a kiss, his girlfriend decided to run up the stairs and decline the proposal.
