It happened with 9:29 minutes to go into the second quarter at a February game between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers, during a timeout, the ventilator tried to propose to his girlfriend, but instead of receiving a “yes” and then a kiss, his girlfriend decided to run up the stairs and decline the proposal.
