LandonBuford.com: Where are you from?

Tu Cool and Da Sgt. are blood-brothers born and raised in Houston. Originated out of 5th Ward, Texas. Reppin’ NW side 290/Hwy6.

LandonBuford.com: What do you do?

We write music and put our creative ideas to beats. While also aiming to give some type of GAME or helpful knowledge in every song. LIVE GAME. GIVE GAME.

LandonBuford.com: How long have you been in your industry?

We have been in the industry for about 10-12 years. We started making music at an early age, like 4 and 6 yrs old. Even with a few delays and bumps in the road, the love and passion for it resurfaced, and that’s how we got to this point.

LandonBuford.com: What is your biggest accomplishment?

Our biggest accomplishment is that we still managed to get focused and put a few projects together through all the obstacles. We realize what we can do by just keeping going.

LandonBuford.com: How has COVID affected you on your journey?

Covid didn’t really negatively affect us. Fortunately, it was a positive for us. During that time, we got back focused and started to get more in the business side of music and position ourselves to come back harder and more intelligent.

LandonBuford.com: What’s your next move?

Our next move is to keep pace and gain momentum by continuing to drop audio and visuals for our upcoming projects.

LandonBuford.com: Are you working on any projects?

Yes, we are working on an EP and album to be released this year.

LandonBuford.com: Where do you see yourself in 1 year?

A year from now, we plan to be more of a household name, especially in our city at least. We will continue grinding and stay on our hustle for the long run.

What do you think?
