On Saturday afternoon, Power Star Michael Rainey Jr hopped on social media to deliver a message not only to his boss 50 Cent, but also Starz’ BMF’s Lil Meech. The caption reads, “Someone tell @lilmeechbmf go get some more acting lessons before season 3 shit looking mediocre over there… @50cent you really got this kid thinking he can FW me 😂 I’m disappointed 🤨.”
The caption got a reaction from Rainey Jr’s co-star on Power Book II: Ghost Gianni Paolo, who responded with laughing emojis in the comment section. Power Book IV: Force’s actor Kris D. Lofton also commented with laughing Emojis.
Meanwhile, a user by name of Sheed.Era commented, “How about u tell em?”
Rainey Jr replied, “I tried he don’t listen he think he good 🤦🏽♂️.”
Speaking of season three of Ghost, according to Showbiz CheatsSheet, the series will continue where season two left off.
“There will be fault lines drawn between Tariq and his friends for various reasons,” Power Universe creator Courtney Kemp explained to Entertainment Weekly. “And then those will affect some fault lines that will be drawn within the Tejada family. There will be a series of earthquakes, and then a series of aftershocks that will shake the foundation and remake the series in a really sort of impactful way. That’s season 3.”
“This season is filled with new twists and turns as Tariq, Brayden, Monet, and the Tejadas have to level up or get taken down,” an official synopsis reads. “Fresh off the murder of Zeke, everyone is grieving, but they won’t get much time as a new set of problems and questions arise.”
Season three of Ghost premieres March 17.
