The NFL Wants Patrick ‘Kermit The Frog’ Mahomes To Beat The Bengals, Says LeBron James Associate

It’s not a Cincinnati Bengals playoff game without much trash talk in advance. Still, the mayor of Cincinnati, Aftab Pureval, has decided to take a head start on Sunday’s AFC championship match.

Two days before the Bengals take the field against the Kansas City Chiefs, Pureval posted a video in which he published an official proclamation demanding Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow take a paternity test to confirm whether he is the father of Patrick Mahomes.

I mean, for real.

The background here is that the Bengals have a 3-0 record against Mahomes and the chiefs since they drafted Burrow, who has made the Bengals and their fans, already hovering over their 27-10 win over the Buffalo Bills last weekend, pretty confident about this match.

The Bengals have indicated they are ready to participate in this action, considering Arrowhead Stadium “Burrowhead.” But, unfortunately, burrow’s got a one-zero record.

Of course, it’s not as if the Bengals have dominated Mahomes throughout the three games involving Burrow. (which does not include the time Mahomes beat them 45-10 before they drafted Burrow, of course), and it’s not as though Burrow is ahead of the only metric that will be the most used to measure their career when everything is said and done: Super Bowl rings.

But you can’t let that stop knuckleheads like Pureval from getting their shots now, especially when it leads to Kansas City fans going crazy. Among them were Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas and Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes, who responded on Twitter.

You must really appreciate Lucas saying he won’t answer, then being crazy enough to talk about the lack of rings of the Bengals and their former mayor.

Speaking of Mahomes and the Chiefs, while on his Instagram Live on Sunday morning, Cuffs The Legend, who is a known associate of Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James. Shared that the NFL wants Patrick Mahomes, who he referred to as Kermit The Frog to win the AFC Championship game.

The Chiefs and Bengals play at 6:30 pm EST on CBS.
