Following a tough season opener at “Crypto Arena” in a much anticipated rivalry match up between the Lakers and Clippers. Much of the Lakers players preformed well looking fresh and battled the blows!
However superstar Russell Westbrook had a horrific shooting night going 0-11 from the field. Only contributing to 2 points 4 assist and 3 rebounds. The team also shot horrifically from 3 going 9 for 45 as a collective, Lakers loss 103-97.
Following the game Russ was making his way through the tunnel, when a fan could be heard yelling somewhere along the lines. “You fuckin’ suck!” Westbrook heard this slur and backtracked to verbally retaliate. Allegedly saying “say that to my face”! Apparently the fan leaned over the stands and stood on his words!

According to a article published by the L.A times they made a desperate suggestion “The Lakers need to trade Russell Westbrook before his reckless play and divisive personality cost them whatever chance this otherwise feisty team has at a rewarding season”.
The Lakers are currently 0-2 to start the season the next game will be Sunday 3:30pm ET against the Portland Trail Blazers.
