Stephen A. Smith is on a media tour to promote his new podcast “Know Mercy,” and he’s not afraid to talk about his personal life.
On Thursday morning, Smith appeared on the Breakfast Club radio show and admitted that he refuses women if he considers them too aggressive.
“Depends on the position that you’re in, you gotta be careful with all that. You think I haven’t had opportunities to get with folks in the industry. I ain’t playing that game, it ain’t worth my check, they’re not worth what I’ve built trying to accomplish for myself, I’m not going to let that ride,” said Smith.
He added, “I’ve been in situations covering the NBA finals with women, and I wondered who sent them because the women were a little too forward, I don’t think I look like Godzilla, but I ain’t that damn attractive. They’re a little too aggressive; why are they acting like they got to get with me? Something’s fishy.”
Stephen A would later make an appearance on Jake Paul’s podcast and things got out of control quickly.
While being asked about how Out there he gets into the room by Paul’s girlfriend Julia Rose, Smith seemed to divulge a little too much information.
“Oh s***…no,” replied Smith. “That’s a god’s honest answer. Never.”
“Have you gotten your a** eaten?” Rose followed up.
“That’s private,” replied Smith. “I have nothing else to say.”
Well, we bet you didn’t expect to learn about what goes on behind closed doors with Stephen A. Smith on this Thursday when you woke up, but here we all are. And everyone is reacting to the “news” in their own disturbed way.
