Woody McClain, better known as Cane Tejada, was the latest guest on “The Crew Has It” Podcast with Michael Rainey Jr. and Gianni Paolo. He was asked how he first got into the entertainment industry during his appearance.

“Well, the initial plan was I just wanted to produce music. I just wanted to make beats, and s***, I didn’t even know that that’s all I wanted to do. I went to school. Yeah, I went to school for that, and I was in the marching band there. I was also in a dance crew on campus. Shout out to FAMU [Florida A&M University] Strikers. I feel like HBCUs are so dope, bro. I feel like you learned so so much going there; I’ve partied so much to where like now in real life is like whatever, I don’t be outside like that, said McClain.

“I’m chilling now, but I just wanted to go to LA and dance. That was my thing. I was like, and I want to dance, I want to dance for Chris Brown, Usher. I wanted to dance with the best of the best, and my homie did vine videos. I was like, bro, I don’t want to do f***ing vine videos. I want to dance. Then I went on Facebook, and you know what I mean? I’ve seen he had 10 million views; I was like, n***, I want to do vine videos, you know what I mean.”

McClain would eventually get the opportunity to go on tour with Chris Brown.

“I went on tour with CB [Chris Brown] for four years. That s*** was fun!” Said McClain.

“But the only thing don’t I like about being on tour was that you get to the bus as soon as you get done, and they just have boxes of pizza and tacos. That’s why I wouldn’t say I like pizza now ate that s*** for four years, but that s*** was fun.”

Speaking of McClain, he was rumored earlier this year to play Chicago’s King Von with Powers’ 50 Cent potentially expanding his television empire, according to All Hip Hop.com.
