American Boxer Frank Martin earlier this year was dubbed by Business Insider as one of 2022’s most exciting fighters. In Martin’s fight in January, he finished it with a second knockdown of his opponent Romero Duno. The official had to call it after Martin left Duno with spaghetti legs.

Martin improved his record to 15-0 with 11 knockouts in the lightweight division with the victory. Speaking of Frank Martin, he recently did a collaboration with the apparel company ‘Oautica Wave.’

Oautica Wave made a pair of sparring gloves for the undefeated boxer, according to Oautica Wave’s founder and creator, Robert Nelson Jr.

Nelson recently spoke with LandonBuford.com via text on how the opportunity for the collaboration presented itself.

“I know Frank, his brother, and cousin. He started off buying the Oautica Wave’s Prime 7s Track Suit, he loved the materials inside the track suit,” said Nelson.

“Then we talked about possibly making him some shorts to walk out in, gloves and shirt to box in, and he said he was with it.”

Robert Nelson Jr is a former NFL defensive back, who has spent time with the Baltimore Ravens, Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Houston Texans, and the England Patriots. Nelson elected to create his apparel line after losing his sponsorship with Nike.
