Wolves Anthony Edwards Sounds Off- On Suns & Mavs Game “This Is a Disgrace Y’All Got 36 Points in The Third Quarter”

The Dallas Mavericks win game seven on the road against the Phoenix Suns 123-90, and become the first team in the series to win a road game.

At the half, the Mavericks led the Suns 57-27, with Luka Doncic scoring 27 points, nine rebounds, and three against.

At one point in the third quarter, the score was 75-36. Dallas was up 39 points at the time. Then caught the attention of Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards. The second-year guard posted a video to his Instagram Story and said, ” I remember playing Phoenix, and they were talking so much s*** telling us we better make the playoffs. We ain’t going to make the playoffs. We are out of the playoffs, but this is a disgrace. Y’all got 36 points in the third quarter? This is terrible!”

The Dallas Mavericks would go on to win the game by 33, but the large lead of the game was 46 points. Luka Doncic finished with 35 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 30 minutes of play.

After the game, Doncic was asked were you aware at half that you had as many points as the Suns?

Doncic replied, “well ya of course.”

Added, ‘I looked at the scoreboard.”

Meanwhile, Jalen Brunson added 24 points, 6 rebounds, two assists, and a steal in 30 minutes. Off the bench Spencer Dinwiddie scored, 30 points, three rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block in 25 minutes of play.

At half-time Shaquille O’Neal shared that Dinwiddie reminded him of his former teammate Derek Fisher.

“I played with a guy that reminds me of Spencer Dinwiddie. He was always ready for moments like this… He say give me an opt to hit a big shot,” said Shaq.

The Dallas Mavericks will be playing the Golden State Warriors in game one of the Western Conference Finals on Wednesday in San Francisco.
