The Los Angeles Lakers fell to the Los Angeles Clippers for the fourth time this season and its seventh straight loss to the Clippers. It is the second time the Lakers lost to Clippers in less than two weeks. On February 25th, the Clippers beat the Lakers 105-102, and on Thursday evening, they beat them by 21 points 132-111.

After the Clippers swept the season series with the Lakers, LeBron James admitted they the Clippers were “The better team,” according to Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.

Per Mirjam Swanson, after the game, Clippers’ Ty Lue shared the Lakers are not out of you,

“They’re not out of it; they’re a really good team — they just gotta figure out how they want to play, and their health situation. That’s what’s been hurting them all season.”

However, Lakers’ legend Shaquille O’Neal stated he would never admit the Clippers are a better team on Inside The NBA.

“I think I see what the problem is, nobody is mad. I’m going to tell you right now, someone is getting beat up that night in the locker room… They seem to me that they don’t have any expectations, I don’t care, and they are a better team,” said Shaq.

“I’m never saying the Clippers are a better team and I’ll I’m saying is the problem is ain’t nobody mad. I would have been pissed if lost to the Clippers, and Reggie Jackson dancing and C-Walking with the damn bird mascot.”

The Los Angeles Lakers will be back in action against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday night on ABC at 8 pm EST. Speaking of the Warriors forward, Draymond Green recently criticized Lakers fans for booing their own team.

“Let’s not be brats,” Green said. “That was about the brattiest thing I’ve ever seen, considering this team won a championship not even a full two years ago.”
