Last June, BBC News reported that four people have been charged with murdering the rapper Pop Smoke at a Los Angeles mansion.

Corey Walker, 19, and Keandre Rodgers, 18, are charged with robbery and murder. Two other males, aged 15 and 17, who can’t be named because of their age, face the same charges.

A year later, Pop Smoke’s older brother, Obasi Jackson, shares how he and his parents are doing one year later. He sat down with  Inside Edition, hosted by Stephanie Officer. Jackson talks about his feelings, recollections of his brother,樂威壯 mental health, and other things. Obasi also shares his love for R&B and Soul as he embarks on creating his own musical heritage.

If you are looking for him to copy his brother’s style, according to Stephanie Officer dont.

“Don’t look for him to mimic his little brother’s sound. He’s more focused on R&B and Neo-Soul.”

According to Jackson, he is looking to bring R&B back.

“That’s why I’m trying to bring R&B back. Not saying that it’s dead and that people aren’t doing it, but I want it to be cool,” said Jackson.
