NBA Hall of Famer Reggie Miller named Lillard as his MVP of the bubble.
“This is pop a shot people. This not fair 8 of 13 from downtown for Lillard. 39 points and it is over, he is the bubble MVP,” said Miller.
On Saturday night, It was announced that Lillard was named the NBA’s Bubble MVP with a unanimous vote, earning all 22-writers’ first place votes, according to Jamie Hudson of NBC Sports.
After the game, Carmelo Anthony shared with Yahoo’s Chris Haynes, that Lillard is the best player he has played with.

That is high praise being that Melo had played with guys like Russell Westbrook, Paul George, Allen Iverson and Chauncey Billups to name a few.
The Blazers will take on the Los Angeles Lakers in game one of the first round of the NBA 2020 Playoffs.
