Starz Renews Power Book IV: Force for a Thrilling Third Season

Starz has officially greenlit the renewal of “Power Book IV: Force” for an exhilarating third season, continuing the gripping saga that revolves around Tommy Egan, portrayed by the talented Joseph Sikora.

Season 2 of the third spinoff in the Power franchise delved deeper into Tommy Egan’s relentless quest for vengeance following the tragic death of Liliana. As he endeavors to seize control of the Chicago drug world, Egan faces escalating tensions within the Criminal Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Teaming up with Diamond, he navigates the treacherous territory of factional feuds, capitalizing on rivalries between influential drug lords, including the Serbs and the formidable Miguel Garcia.

The narrative of Season 2 unfolds with Egan triggering a series of violent confrontations in his unyielding pursuit of power, racing against a multitude of adversaries, from a federal task force closing in on him to a ruthless supplier linked directly to the Cartel. Amidst this chaos, Egan grapples with personal dilemmas, torn between the allure of a second chance with his blood family and the ruthless world of becoming a kingpin.

Kathryn Busby, President of Programming for Starz, expressed enthusiasm about the overwhelming response from fans to the action-packed second season, stating, “The fan response to this action-packed season of Force has been incredible. They’ve made it clear that they need more Tommy, and we’re thrilled to deliver. Christmas has indeed come early!”

Lofton, Carmela Zumbado, Manuel Eduardo Ramirez, Miriam A. Hyman, Adrienne Walker, Anthony Fleming III, and Lucien Cambric, brought depth and intensity to the series.

Gary Lennon, who served as showrunner and executive producer for Season 2, will return for the highly anticipated Season 3. The creative team behind the Power Universe series, including Courtney A. Kemp, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Mark Canton, Terri Kopp, and Chris Selak, continues to weave a compelling narrative that has captivated audiences.

Produced by Lionsgate Television for Starz, “Power Book IV: Force” promises to sustain its gripping storytelling, high-stakes drama, and character-driven narratives that have solidified its place as a standout in the Power franchise.
