According to a police report, Taylor had a headache, a concussion, and a burn on his right inner biceps after the altercation with Wagner.

The Rams and their star defensive men never seemed overtly preoccupied with the report. Wagner said he had brought down the man because “you never know what that person got in they pocket, in the hands, whatever.”

Head coach Sean McVay shared, “We all know where Bobby’s intentions were, and I support Bobby Wagner.”

Speaking of Wagner, he and Tyler Lockett recently partnered to pay for kids lunches in the Renton School District.

“I reached out to him and asked him, because I’d heard of some of the stuff he did,” Lockett said of Wagner,” Lockett told thenewstribune.com. “We paid some delinquencies for (lunches). That was something that I learned from him.”

As for the Rams, they have officially eliminated from playoff contention, but recently claimed Baker Mayfield off waivers.

Linebacker Bobby Wagner met with the media after it became clear that Mayfield would play for the Rams.

“I played against him once or twice I believe,” Wagner said. “Like I said, anything to help the team. I’m not trying to talk about all that,” Wagner said. “Like I said, anything to help the team, so let’s move past that.”

The Rams are 3-9 after losing to their divisional rival the Seattle Seahawks last week.
